Website design + development

Look the part. Make the next step easy.

A clear message, considered design, and a website that works just as well on a phone. Built to connect with the business behind it.

What we build

The website is the foundation.
Revenue is the objective.

C3 designs and develops custom websites for service businesses, professional practices, and growing companies. The work covers the whole foundation: positioning and page structure, design, development, search readiness, and the forms, calls, and scheduling paths that turn a visit into a conversation.

We don’t start from a template and fill in the blanks. We start from what a customer needs to understand before choosing you—what you do, who it is for, and why they can trust you—and organize the site around those questions. Then we build it to load quickly, read clearly on a phone, and deliver every inquiry to the right person.

C3 builds in code, typically with modern React-based frameworks such as Next.js. When your team needs to edit content, publish regularly, or connect existing systems, that is scoped from the start rather than bolted on after launch.

Inside the work

A real business. A clear first impression.

The Signature Inspection Service website connects service information, search foundations, and a direct route to an inquiry. Explore the live implementation, not a speculative mockup.

The scope

The details make the difference.

We choose the right combination for your business, then build and review the work against that scope.

01

Positioning + page structure

Make it clear what you do, who you serve, and why someone should choose you. Organize the pages around the questions customers actually ask.

02

Design + development

Distinctive design, responsive layouts, semantic markup, and practical performance work. Built and tested across screen sizes.

03

Conversion + connections

Forms, scheduling, call paths, and useful integrations. The next action should work for both the customer and the team receiving it.

04

Search + measurement

Page titles, metadata, structured content, and analytics that give you a foundation for learning what works.

How it works

Four stages.
No surprises at launch.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

A working session on your customers, services, and what the current site gets wrong. If you have analytics or Search Console data, we review it, then agree on what the website needs to achieve.

  2. 02

    Structure + message

A page map and content plan built around customer questions. Existing pages, URLs, and content worth keeping are identified before anything is removed or moved.

  3. 03

    Design + build

Design and development reviewed on real devices. Forms, scheduling, call paths, and integrations are built and tested as part of the site, not after it.

  4. 04

    Launch + measure

Redirects, metadata, structured data, the sitemap, and analytics are verified at launch. Then we look at how people use the site and decide what to improve next.

The standard

What every C3 website
is built to.

Checked before launch, not promised in a proposal.

Mobile first

Layouts, navigation, and the primary action are designed and tested at phone widths first, then scaled up.

Fast by default

Optimized images, lean client-side code, and pre-rendered pages where possible. Performance is measured, not assumed.

Accessible

Semantic markup, keyboard-usable navigation, readable contrast, and descriptive alt text, checked with automated tools and by hand.

Search-ready

Crawlable pages, clean URLs, unique titles and descriptions, structured data, an accurate sitemap, and redirects for anything that moves.

Honest content

No invented testimonials, ratings, statistics, or client results. Demonstration work is always labeled as demonstration work.

Measurable

Analytics and conversion events for the actions that matter—calls, forms, and bookings—so improvement starts from evidence.

Work you can inspect

Built, launched,
and open to inspect.

A little more detail

Questions before a website project.

Can you rebuild an existing website?

Yes. We review what is useful, what needs to change, and which existing content, URLs, and integrations should be preserved. Anything that moves gets a permanent redirect so existing search visibility isn’t thrown away.

Will it work on mobile?

Responsive layouts and mobile navigation are part of the build. We check page structure, images, and key actions at mobile and desktop sizes.

How is the project scoped?

Around the pages, content, functionality, and integrations the business needs. Scope, timing, and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.

Can my team edit the website after launch?

Yes, when editing is part of the scope. Some businesses publish regularly and need a content workflow; others change a few details a year. We decide which fits before the build, not after launch.

Is SEO included in a website project?

The foundation is: crawlable structure, metadata, structured data, a sitemap, redirects, and analytics are part of every build. Ongoing search work—content, local visibility, and AI-search clarity—is a separate scope.

Do you work with businesses outside McKinney?

Yes. C3 is based in McKinney, Texas and works with businesses across Dallas–Fort Worth. Much of the work happens remotely, so location is rarely a constraint.
