Revenue systems

From first inquiry
to measurable revenue.

Capture, response, follow-up, and measurement connected in one system, so good marketing isn’t lost in an inbox and decisions start from what actually produced revenue.

What a revenue system is

Marketing doesn’t end
at the lead.

A revenue system is the connected path between being discovered and knowing what produced a sale: how inquiries are captured, how quickly and consistently they are answered, where they are tracked, and how results are traced back to the channels and pages that created them.

Most businesses have pieces of it—a form here, a CRM there, a phone number on the website—without the connections between them. Leads arrive without context, follow-up depends on who happens to check the inbox, and marketing is judged by clicks because revenue can’t be traced. C3 connects those pieces, or builds the ones that are missing.

The work follows the C3 Revenue System: discovery, experience, capture, follow-up, sale and retention, and measurement. We find the constraint first and fix that, rather than sending more traffic down a path that leaks.

Inside the work

Capture the inquiry. Keep the context.

The dental demonstration pairs the website with a live AI front desk you can call and an inquiry preview showing what a practice would receive. It is a fictional brand: it demonstrates capture and handoff, not patient volume or revenue.

The scope

Every step between interest and revenue.

Fix the step that leaks the most first. Connect the rest as the business needs it.

01

Lead capture + routing

Forms, calls, and booking tools that collect the right details and deliver each inquiry to the right person, with its source attached.

02

Response + follow-up

Response standards, AI-assisted call answering, reminders, and follow-up so a qualified inquiry never waits on someone remembering to reply.

03

Conversion tracking + attribution

Consistent campaign tagging, conversion events, and source tracking carried from the first visit into the CRM, so revenue can be traced back to the channel and page that earned it.

04

Reporting + decisions

Reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, and separates what the data shows from what still needs investigation.

How it works

Find the leak.
Then connect the path.

  1. 01

    Map the current path

Trace how a real inquiry moves today: where it arrives, who sees it, how long it waits, and where its source is lost.

  2. 02

    Fix the constraint

Start with the break that costs the most—often response time, missing source data, or inquiries that never reach a person.

  3. 03

    Connect + instrument

Integrate the website, phone, calendar, and CRM, and put tracking in place that holds from the first click to the closed deal.

  4. 04

    Review + improve

Regular reviews of what produced qualified conversations and revenue, and what to change next.

The standard

What we measure—
and what we don’t claim.

Sources kept intact

Campaign tags and referral sources travel from the first visit into the inquiry record, so attribution isn’t reconstructed from memory.

Response you can see

Time to first response and follow-up status are visible, so gaps show up in the data instead of in lost deals.

Evidence over estimates

Revenue figures come from real systems—your CRM, payment processor, or booking tool—never from modeled or assumed conversion rates.

A little more detail

Questions about revenue systems.

What is RevenueOS?

RevenueOS is C3’s operating platform for planning, publishing, and measuring growth work, with campaign, lead, reporting, and workflow surfaces in one environment. Clients access it through the C3 client platform.

Do we need to replace our CRM?

Usually not. Most engagements connect and clean up the tools already in place. We recommend a change only when the current system can’t hold the information the business needs.

Can you track phone calls as well as forms?

Yes, where the phone setup allows it. Calls can be connected through call-tracking numbers, AI voice workflows, or your phone system’s integrations and recorded with the same source information as forms. Recording and consent rules are defined during scoping.

How is this different from marketing reporting?

Marketing reporting usually stops at clicks and form fills. A revenue system follows the inquiry through response, sale, and retention, so decisions are based on which work produced revenue, not which produced activity.
