Search + AI discovery
Be easier to find. Easier to choose.
Clear information, a sound technical foundation, and a consistent business presence. Search work connected to the customer journey—not just a ranking report.
How we approach search
Search is more than
a list of links now.
People find businesses through Google results, the map pack, Business Profiles, AI answers in tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI features, reviews, and referrals. These surfaces overlap, and they draw on the same underlying facts: what your website says, how it is structured, and whether the rest of the web agrees.
C3’s search work starts there. We fix what stops search engines from crawling and understanding the site, make service and location information specific and consistent, and improve the content customers actually look for. Then we connect search data to what happens next—calls, forms, and bookings—so the work is judged by inquiries, not a rank report.
C3 is based in McKinney, Texas, so local search across Dallas–Fort Worth is familiar ground. The method is the same wherever your customers are.

Inside the work
Search starts with a useful website.
Our roofing demonstration shows service organization, readable content, and an assessment-request preview. It demonstrates website implementation—not rankings or client results. The fictional demo is intentionally not indexed.

The work behind visibility.
Four connected areas. Most engagements start with the foundation and the pages that already earn attention.
Technical foundations
Crawlability, indexability, metadata, internal links, structured data, and performance. Identify obstacles before producing more content.
Take a closer look ↗Local discovery
Accurate business-profile information, consistent service details, useful location content, and a legitimate review process.
Take a closer look ↗AI-search clarity
Specific, well-organized content that makes the business easier to understand and reference. Review how AI tools describe the business today.
Take a closer look ↗Measurement + improvement
Connect search observations to website behavior and inquiries. Separate what can be measured from what still needs investigation.
Take a closer look ↗How it works
Evidence first.
Then the work.
- 01
Baseline
Crawl the site, review Search Console and analytics, check what is and isn’t indexed, and record how search and AI tools currently describe the business.
- 02
Fix the foundation
Resolve crawl, indexation, canonical, redirect, and performance problems before producing more content. New pages don’t help if existing ones can’t be read.
- 03
Clarify + expand
Tighten service and location information, improve the pages that already earn impressions, and add content only where it answers a real customer question.
- 04
Measure + iterate
Report on queries, pages, and the inquiries they lead to, and separate what the data shows from what still needs investigation.
The standard
What we
won’t do.
The shortcuts that create short-lived gains and lasting risk.
Guarantee rankings
No one controls Google’s results or an AI tool’s answer. We commit to the work and the measurement, not a position.
Publish thin pages
No city-swapped doorway pages or keyword-stuffed posts written to inflate a page count.
Invent authority
No fake reviews, purchased links, or fabricated credentials. Proof has to be real to last.
A little more detail
Questions about search.
Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No. Search and AI results depend on external systems, competitors, query context, and many other factors. We define the work and measurement approach without promising a position.
What’s the difference between SEO and AI search optimization?
They share a foundation. SEO makes pages crawlable, relevant, and competitive in search results; AI search optimization focuses on whether AI tools can find, understand, and accurately describe the business. Most of the work—clear content, consistent facts, sound structure—serves both.
Do you do local SEO?
Yes. For businesses with a service area, accurate Google Business Profile information, consistent business details, location-relevant service content, and a legitimate review process are usually part of the work.
Can you work with our existing website?
Usually. We first review its technical foundation and publishing constraints, then identify what can be improved without a rebuild.
How long before we see results?
It depends on the site’s starting point, competition, and how much needs fixing. Technical fixes can be verified quickly; ranking and traffic changes take longer to show in the data. We report what changed and when rather than predicting a date.
Where does the work start?
With a baseline: how the site is structured, which pages are accessible to search, how the business is represented, and where the customer journey needs attention.
