This Privacy Policy explains how C3 Creative Co (“C3”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit c3creativeco.com, call our AI voice agents, or engage us for services.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, business name, email, phone, website.
• Call data from inbound and outbound calls — recordings, transcripts, call metadata (duration, disposition, caller ID).
• Site analytics — pages viewed, referrer, device type, aggregated usage patterns.
• Booking and billing information when you schedule a call or become a client.

How we use it

• Respond to inquiries and deliver the services you requested.
• Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and follow up.
• Improve our website, services, and AI agents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Call recording and AI

Our AI voice agents record and transcribe calls for quality, training, and pipeline tracking. Recordings are stored securely and retained for a reasonable period consistent with business needs and applicable law. If you do not wish to be recorded, please tell the agent at the start of the call.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with vetted service providers (e.g., Retell AI for voice, Calendly / Cal.com for scheduling, Twilio for SMS, Slack for internal notification, Vercel for hosting) solely to operate the services.

Your choices

• Request access to or deletion of your information.
• Opt out of marketing calls, SMS, or email at any time.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.

Send any privacy request to hello@c3creativecohq.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure — we will notify affected individuals of any breach as required by law.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
