Terms of Service

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of c3creativeco.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by C3 Creative Co (“C3”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

C3 provides website design, SEO, AI voice agents, and revenue optimization services. Scope, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a separate statement of work (SOW) or ordering document you sign with us. The SOW controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be a legal entity or an adult authorized to bind your business. You’re responsible for providing accurate information and for the accuracy of anything you ask us to publish or claim on your behalf.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Site or services for unlawful purposes.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer our systems.
• Don’t use our AI voice agents for harassment, fraud, or misleading claims.

Fees and payment

Prices shown on the Site are starting points. Your SOW states the final price and payment terms. Invoices are payable on the terms on the invoice; overdue balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Intellectual property

C3 owns its software, templates, tooling, and internal processes. On full payment for a project, you receive a license to the final deliverables for use in your business.

Warranties and disclaimer

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care, but the Site and services are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific lead volume, ranking positions, or revenue outcomes — results depend on market, competition, and your execution. Third-party tools (Google, Calendly, Retell, Twilio, Cal.com, Vercel) are subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability in any matter is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement per the SOW. Fees earned before termination remain due. Your access to ongoing services ends on termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute not resolvable in good faith will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
