C3 operating product

SightSpec

Inspection software built around the work in the field—not the paperwork waiting afterward.

SightSpec is a product C3 builds and operates for home inspection teams. It brings field capture, review, delivery, and office workflow into one connected product.

The operator

A home inspector has to capture the work while doing the work.

Photos, observations, client context, report language, and the final deliverable all start in the field. When that information is split across apps, the inspector ends up reconstructing the job after the fact.

SightSpec was designed around that reality: make the inspection the source of the report, then make the report useful to the client and the office.

The workflow
01

Capture

A camera-first field workflow for photos, markup, and spoken notes.

02

Draft & approve

Structured findings are proposed from the inspection team's own comment library and remain under human approval.

03

Deliver

One inspection becomes a client-ready web report and matching PDF without re-typing the work later.

Inside the product

One connected product, used by the people doing the work.

What C3 built

A product surface that connects the field, the report, and the office.

The work spans product strategy, UX, mobile interaction, workflow design, implementation, and the practical details that make a system usable when the job is happening.

Why it matters

C3 can go from customer experience to operational software without changing the standard of craft.

SightSpec is not client work. It is operating proof that C3 can understand a complex business process and make the software around it feel coherent.

The clearest proof is still the product itself.
