About C3

Closer to the business.
Closer to the work.

C3 is a founder-led growth and technology company. We work with businesses that need their customer experience, commercial activity, and operating systems to make more sense together.

Why C3 exists

Most growth work fails at the handoffs.

A business can spend on a new website, search, campaigns, CRM, and automation—then still find that the pieces do not connect. Leads fall out of the process. The message changes from channel to channel. The team is left with more software and less clarity.

C3 exists to close those gaps. Sometimes that means one focused project. Sometimes it means connecting the systems around a business. The scope follows the work that will make the next stage easier to operate.

How C3 operates

Senior thinking stays close to execution.

01

Start with the constraint

A weak website, unclear message, poor follow-up, and manual operating work can all look like the same growth problem. We look for the actual blockage before prescribing the work.

02

Keep strategy close to the build

The person shaping the direction stays close to the work. Decisions do not disappear into a handoff chain between sales, account management, and production.

03

Make the work inspectable

C3 does not manufacture proof. Where work is public, we show it. Where a number is used, it needs a source. Where something is a demonstration, it is labeled that way.

Founder-led

“Businesses do not need another disconnected vendor. They need a clear view of what is holding growth back—and someone capable of building the system around it.”

Direction stays close to the work—from the first conversation through the build.

Work, not theater

C3 products and demonstration builds are open for inspection.

They are kept separate from client work. That distinction matters: it lets the work speak plainly without pretending a concept is a partnership.
