A complete patient-facing concept
Service information, experience details, questions, and inquiry interaction are available in one coherent page.
Demonstration build · Patient Experience
A patient-facing website with warm art direction, straightforward service discovery, and a live AI front-desk demonstration. Explore the actual build and its inquiry preview.

Business context
The earlier demo put a large headline over a busy treatment-room image. Repeated booking prompts and unsupported ratings competed with the information a visitor needed. The refresh separates the message from the photography and gives the page a calmer pace.
Bright Smiles is a fictional practice. The website demonstrates design and interaction—not patient care, appointment availability, reviews, or business performance.
Design + implementation
A pale background, deep green typography, and an arched image frame replace the old full-image overlay. The primary next step and the service link have distinct roles.
Service descriptions lead into the experience, common questions, and a sample inquiry. The mobile menu supports keyboard interaction and closes with Escape.
The existing live AI phone demonstration remains available. The website form uses sample details and shows an explicit local-preview confirmation; it does not send a request or book an appointment.
The page identifies the fictional brand and illustrative imagery. Invented ratings and patient counts are removed, and the site is marked noindex so it is not presented as an operating practice in search.
What the build demonstrates
Service information, experience details, questions, and inquiry interaction are available in one coherent page.
The phone link lets visitors try the existing AI front desk with hypothetical information. The voice service may process calls.
The refreshed page was checked at phone, tablet, and desktop widths, including menu, image loading, FAQ, and form-preview behavior.
A qualitative comparison
These are implementation comparisons, not measured before-and-after client results.
Typical starting point: Text competing with a full-screen treatment-room photograph.
In this build: Separate copy and imagery, a restrained palette, and a clearly emphasized next step.
Typical starting point: Review scores and patient counts without verified sources.
In this build: A visible demonstration label and no invented patient results.
Typical starting point: A form experience that could be mistaken for a real appointment request.
In this build: A labeled preview with clear confirmation that nothing was sent or booked.
